Tiger and the whole staff were compassionate abd professional as well as extremely patient. My father loved working with them and dpent his last minutes witj them and I can fully understand now what he neant when he said they were most considerate and family feeling place.

Mark, Tiger, Justin and Mrs. Catherine is an excellent example who helped make a devastating situation into one that was filled with care & truly makes you relaxed, calmer, able to deal with the death of a loved one. We received a text message from Mark, about a month later simply asking how my family was doing, and that my family was in their thoughts and prayers. From the time our mother passed away, till she was buried Geesey-ferguson was there. when she first passed a gentleman came to Encore and consoled us and set up our appointment with Mr. Tiger Istre for the next morning. While the family met with Tiger the next morning, you could tell he was concerned and had an idea of what we were going through. he never tried to push anything on us. he explained everything to us and then we made the decision. he took care of the burial policies Mom had, we had the Obit cards done thru there and they turned out beautiful. Then when we laid our mother out, Mr Mark Harris was there to help us with anything that we needed and he did. Anything from food to place to charge our phones, he was there to help and always so nice and courteous. we even took our thank you cards back to them and they took care of that too. after the burial they moved our plants and flowers to a room where we could pick them up at our convient time. if you lose a loved one, there is no better place than Geesey-Ferguson to help and make this ordeal as easy to handle as possible. Words cannot express the solace,care, compassion,and love extended to us by Tiger I street and Geesey-ferguson personnel as they helped us handle the death and burial of our beloved daughter, Paige Racer. Tiger went out of his way to help make things as easy as possible for us in this difficult situation . We we traveling from out of state and he handled numerous phone calls and questions graciously and kindly as we worked with him to arrange things as we traveled.
